人形图健康教育模式在剖宫产术后康复中的临床应用

摘要目的探讨人形图健康教育模式在剖宫产术后康复中的临床应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月徐州医科大学附属淮安医院产科收治的行剖宫产的120 例产妇为研究对象。依据随机数字表法将产妇分为对照组（60 例）和试验组（60 例）。对照组产妇术后使用常规护理措施，而试验组使用人形图健康教育模式。比较两组产妇的术后排气时间、术后下床活动时间、切口愈合时间、住院时间、初次母乳喂养时间、生活质量及住院期间护理满意度。结果试验组产妇的术后排气时间、术后下床活动时间、切口愈合时间及住院时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组产妇的术后初次母乳喂养时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。术后，试验组产妇的疼痛、身体躯干症状评分低于对照组，睡眠质量、精神状态评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组产妇的术后护理满意度优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论人形图健康教育模式能有效缩短产妇术后的身体恢复性时间和初次母乳喂养时间，提高产妇的生活质量及住院满意度，值得临床广泛推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical application effect of anthropogram health education model in rehabilitation after cesarean section. Methods A total of 120 pregnant women who underwent cesarean section in the Department of Obstetrics of Huai′an Hospital Affiliated of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, these pregnant women were divided into 60 cases in the control group and 60 cases in the experimental group. The control group used routine nursing measures after operation, while the experimental group used the anthropogram health education model. The postoperative exhaust time, postoperative out of bed activity time, wound healing time, hospitalization time, initial breastfeeding time,maternal quality of life and nursing satisfaction during hospitalization were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative exhaust time, postoperative ambulation time, incision healing time and hospital stay of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The duration of postoperative initial breastfeeding in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After surgery, the scores of pain and trunk symptoms in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, while the scores of sleep quality and mental state were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). Postoperative nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion The anthropogram health education model of human figure can effectively shorten the recovery time and the first breastfeeding time after childbirth and obstetrics surgery, improve the quality of life of puerparas and hospital satisfaction, which is worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
