Abstract:In recent years,the proportion of patients with breast disease has been increasing year by year.Early detection and early treatment of breast cancer can help improve the 5-year survival rate of breast cancer and improve the prognosis of patients.At present,acoustic radiation force impulse (ARFI) provides new diagnosis and treatment ideas for breast diseases.ARFI is a new type of ultrasound imaging technology to tissue hardness evaluation,which includes virtual touch tissue quantification (VTQ),virtual touch tissue imaging (VTI),and a combination of both virtual touch tissue imaging quantification (VTIQ).These three techniques are widely and maturely applied in the differential diagnosis of breast benign and malignant diseases.The progress of clinical research on this technique for differential diagnosis of breast benign and malignant diseases is reviewed in this article.
