基于信息化平台翻转的一级质控在脑病科病房护理质量管理中的应用

摘要目的探讨基于信息化平台翻转的一级质控在脑病科病房护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法采用自身前后对照研究方法，选取2019年1月至2020年5月广东省中医院脑病科病房的22 名护士作为研究对象。2019年1月至8月应用传统一级质控模式，作为对照组，共质控37 例患者的护理病历；2019年9月至2020年5月应用基于信息化平台翻转的一级质控模式，作为观察组，共质控37 例患者的护理病历。比较两组护士信息录入耗时、患者信息查询耗时、质控信息结果知晓速度以及质控质量。结果观察组护士信息录入耗时、患者信息查询耗时均短于对照组，护士对质控信息结果的知晓速度快于对照组，护理质控质量各维度的评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论基于信息化平台翻转的一级质控可明显缩短脑病科病房护士的质控耗时，提高护士对质控信息结果知晓速度、护理质控效率和质控质量，值得临床应用与推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of the first-level quality control based on information platform in nursing quality management of encephalopathy ward. Methods Using the self-control research method, 22 nurses in the Ward of Department of Encephalopathy of Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects. From January to August 2019, the traditional first-level quality control mode was applied by nurses as the control group, controlled the nursing medical records of 37 patients; and the nurses applying first-level quality control based on information platform from September 2019 to May 2020 were used as the observation group, controlled the nursing records of 37 patients. The time of nurses′ information input, patient information query, the speed of knowing the results of quality control information and the quality of quality control were compared between the two groups. Results The time for nurses′ information input and patient information query in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the nurses′ speed of knowing the results of quality control information was faster than that in the control group, and the scores of each dimension of nursing quality control were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The first-level quality control based on information platform can significantly shorten the quality control time of nurses in the encephalopathy ward, and improve the speed of nurses′ knowing the results of quality control information, nursing quality control efficiency and quality. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
