Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of serum anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) combined with follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and testosterone (T) detection for polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods Clinical data of 50 PCOS patients admitted to People′s Hospital of Ganzhou City from June 2018 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and included in the PCOS group. In addition, 30 other infertility patients admitted to People′s Hospital of Ganzhou City during the same period were selected as the other infertility group, and 30 healthy patients who underwent routine physical examination during the same p eriod were selected as the healthy control group. The levels of AMH, FSH, LH and T in all the selected subjects were examined, and the levels of AMH and sex hormones in the three groups were compared. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were drawn to analyze the clinical value of single and combined detection of AMH, FSH, LH and T in the diagnosis of PCOS. Results The levels of AMH, FSH, LH and T in PCOS group were higher than those in other infertility groups and healthy control group, and the levels of AMH, FSH, LH and T in other infertility groups were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). ROC curve results showed that the areas under the curve of AMH, FSH, LH and T were 0.720, 0.693, 0.534, 0.703 and 0.989 respectively for the diagnosis of PCOS, which had certain diagnostic efficiency, and the combined detection had the highest diagnostic efficiency. Conclusion The use of AMH combined with FSH, LH and T in the diagnosis of PCOS patients has high application value, which can increase the disease detection rate and provide more reference for clinical diagnosis.
