黄体酮软胶囊联合宫腔镜电切术治疗在子宫内膜息肉不孕症患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨黄体酮软胶囊联合宫腔镜电切术治疗在子宫内膜息肉不孕症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年3月至2019年4月于麻城市人民医院收治的72 例子宫内膜息肉不孕症患者作为研究对象，采用随机摸球法将其分为A 组（36 例）与B 组（36 例）。 B 组采用宫腔镜电切术，A 组在B 组的基础上加用黄体酮软胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的子宫内膜厚度、月经量及妊娠情况。结果两组术后6、12 个月的子宫内膜厚度低于术后3 个月，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组术后12 个月的子宫内膜厚度低于术后6 个月，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；A 组术后3、6、12 个月的子宫内膜厚度均低于B 组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组术后6、12 个月的月经量多于术后3 个月，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组术后12 个月的月经量多于术后6 个月，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；但A 组术后3、6、12 个月的月经量均少于B 组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。A 组2年内的妊娠率高于B 组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论子宫内膜息肉不孕症患者给予黄体酮软胶囊联合宫腔镜电切术的效果较好，可降低患者子宫内膜厚度，减少其月经量，对妊娠率有显著提升作用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect of progesterone soft capsule combined with hysteroscopic electrotomy in the treatment of infertility patients with endometrial polyps. Methods A total of 72 infertile patients with endometrial polyp who were treated in Macheng People′s Hospital from March 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into group A (36 cases) and group B (36 cases) by random ball-touching method.Group B was treated with hysteroscopic electrotomy, and group A was treated with Progesterone Soft Capsule on the basis of group B. Endometrial thickness, menstrual volume and pregnancy were compared between the two groups. Results The endometrial thickness of the two groups at 6 months and 12 months after surgery were lower than those at 3 months after surgery, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The endometrial thickness of the two groups at 12 months after surgery were lower than those at 6 months after surgery, the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05). The endometrial thickness of group A at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months after surgery were lower than those of group B, and the differences were statistically significant significance (P＜0.05). The menstrual volume of the two groups at 6 months and 12 months after surgery were more than those at 3 months after surgery, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The menstrual volume of the two groups at 12 months after surgery were more than those at 6 months after surgery, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). But the menstrual volume of group A at 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months after surgery were less than those of group B, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The 2-year pregnancy rate of group A was higher than that of group B, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Progesterone Soft Capsule combined with hysteroscopic electrotomy has a good effect on infertility patients with endometrial polyps, which can reduce the endometrial thickness and menstrual volume of patients, and significantly improve the pregnancy rate.
