Abstract：Objective To observe the application effect of Lysine Zinc Gluconate in children with rotavirus enteritis and benign convulsions. Methods A total of 80 children with rotavirus enteritis and benign convulsions who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Yichun University from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Ribavirin, and the observation group was treated with Ribavirin combined with Lysine Zinc Gluconate. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions after 1 week of treatment of the two groups were compared between the two groups. The recurrence and transformation of epilepsy of the two groups were recorded during one-year follow-up. At the same time, the changes of levels of inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%, which was higher than 77.50% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The abatement time of vomiting, diarrhea and fever, dehydration correction time,stool formation time and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the number of convulsions of the observation group was significantly smaller than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment, the level of CD4+ in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups (P＞0.05), and there was no patients developing into epilepsy). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion Lysine Zinc Gluconate can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in children with rotavirus enteritis with benign convulsion, enhance the body resistance of children, improve the clinical treatment effect and the prognosis.
