Abstract:Objective A total of To analyze the application value of cognitive behavior nursing in patients with glaucoma surgery. Methods A total of 78 cases of glaucoma surgery patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (n=39) and observation group (n=39) according to random single and even number method. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group was given cognitive nursing. The intervention effect of two different nursing methods were compared. Results The scores of health knowledge, self-care responsibility, self-care skills and self-care effect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the scores of psychological status between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.44% (38/39)higher than that of the control group,79.49%(31/39),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Cognitive behavioral intervention for glaucoma surgery patients can not only effectively improve the knowledge of patients, but also improve the treatment effect of patients, which has clinical application value.
