Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in laparoscopic surgery for patients with gallstone. Methods A total of 70 patients with gallstones who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group (n=35) and the observation group (n=35) according to the random number table method. The control group received traditional nursing care. On the basis of this, the observation group implemented evidence-based nursing interventions, the pain of the two groups before the intervention and on the 2 day after the operation, the quality of life of the two groups at 4 weeks and 6 months after operation were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the score of visual analog pain perception before intervention (P>0.05). On the second day after surgery, the pain scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05). The scores of physical pain, physical function, mental health and vitality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 4 weeks and 6 months after operation, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with gallbladder stones undergoing surgical treatment, evidence-based nursing intervention can reduce their postoperative pain, improve quality of life, and have marked clinical application value.
