Abstract:Objective To explore the application of accurate perioperative nursing intervention in patients with colon cancer. Methods From January 2018 to July 2019, 96 colon cancer patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the envelope method, they were divided into the control group (n=48) and the observation group (n=48). The control group adopted the routine perioperative nursing method, and the observation group adopted the accurate nursing intervention method for the perioperative period of colon cancer, the quality of life, psychological state and total incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of appetite, mental state, sleep quality, life ability, self cognition, social support and other quality of life indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significances (P<0.05); the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significances (P<0.05); the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with poor results one week after operation, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Accurate nursing intervention in the perioperative period of colon cancer patients can effectively improve their quality of life, improve their psychological state and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
