Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of emergency green channel in patients with cerebrovascular accident(CVA) and related nursing strategies. Methods From October 2017 to October 2018, 53 patients with CVA admitted to our hospital during the routine emergency procedures were selected as the control group; from November 2018 to November 2019, 53 patients with CVA admitted to our hospital during the green channel of emergency care were selected as the observation group. The response time, treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The time of emergency department was (25.37±6.82) min, emergency department rescue was (22.41±5.87) min and treatment time was (52.36±9.87) min in the observation group, were shorter than those in the control group of (32.14±6.84), (26.57±5.98), (65.37±10.54) min, with statistical differences (P<0.05). The cure rate of the observation group was 69.81%, which was higher than that of control group (35.85%). The total incidence of sequelae of the disease was 28.30%, lower than 49.06% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.23%, which was higher than that of the control group(79.25%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Emergency green channel can effectively shorten the treatment time of CVA patients, and take active nursing measures can improve the success rate of treatment and nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of sequelae.
