Application value of path comprehensive nursing in tibial fracture

Abstract：Objective To explore the role of pathway comprehensive nursing in tibial fracture. Methods A total of 60 patients with tibial fracture admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University, Ruijin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ruijin People′s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected for study.According to the order of admission, the patients were divided into control groups and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The scores of Zung self rating anxiety scale (SAS) and Zung self rating depression scale (SDS) before and after nursing were compared between the two groups, as well as the incidence of complications and satisfaction. Results There was no significant difference in psychological state between the two groups before nursing (P＞0.05). The psychological state score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the total satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing of tibial fracture patients can alleviate the negative emotions, prevent the complications, promote the patients′ satisfaction, it has the value of popularization and application.
