Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children undergoing disposable circumcision. Methods A total of 98 children who were treated with disposable circumcision device in Fujian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into conventional group and study group by random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The routine group used postoperative general nursing, the study group used postoperative comprehensive nursing intervention. The negative emotion scores (children depression rating scale[CDRS],children anxiety disorder screening scale[SCARED]),pain indicators (visual analog scale[VAS]),the total incidence of postoperative complications, and total nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The CDRS score and SCARED score of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group after intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).VAS scores of 2,12 and 24 h after operation in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention after pediatric circumcision can further reduce the negative emotions and pain of children, promote them to actively cooperate with the treatment, actively avoid complications,so as to obtain a more satisfactory clinical outcome.
