Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of home health continuity nursing mode based on "Internet"on the prognosis of stroke patients. Methods Clinical data of 80 stroke patients admitted to Longhua District People′s Hospital of Shenzhen City from October 2019 to June,2020 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into control group(40 cases) and experimental group (40 cases) according to nursing methods. The control group adopted routine nursing, and the experimental group adopted home health continuing nursing based on "Internet".The nursing compliance rate, modified Rankin scale (mRS),daily self-care ability score (ADL),readmission rate, disease recurrence rate and mortality were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of nursing compliance in experimental group was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After nursing, the mRS frequency of the two groups was lower than those before nursing, and the ADL score was higher than those before nursing, and the mRS score of experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the ADL score was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The readmission rate, relapse rate and mortality rate of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group during the follow-up period, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the "Internet"home health continuing care model can improve the nursing compliance of stroke patients after discharge, improve patients′ self-care ability and quality, and effectively reduce their risk of readmission, relapse and death. This nursing model has high clinical application and promotion value.
