Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of early warning nursing combined with airway nursing in children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods From January 2019 to March 2020,102 children with mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to the Department of Pediatrics and Respiratory Medicine,Xiaolan People′s Hospital,Zhongshan City,Guangdong Province were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group (51 cases) and the observation group (51 cases) by random number table method. The control group used airway nursing intervention, and the observation group used early warning nursing combined with airway nursing. Both groups intervened for 1 week. The time of clinical symptom relief, the occurrence of complications, and the nursing satisfaction of the parents of the two groups of children during the nursing period were compared. Results The time to relieve symptoms of cough, fever, and dyspnea during the intervention of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications during the intervention period of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The care satisfaction degree of parents of children in the observation group was higher than that of the control group 1 week after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Early warning nursing combined with airway nursing can shorten the remission time of clinical symptoms in children with mycoplasma pneumonia, reduce the occurrence of complications, and the parents of the children have higher nursing satisfaction.
