Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing in patients with schizophrenia auditory hallucination. Methods A total of 160 patients with schizophrenia and auditory hallucinations admitted to the Hu′nan Brain Hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected and divided into control group (80 cases) and experimental group (80 cases),the control group was given routine care of schizophrenia, the experimental group was given rehabilitation care. The days of hospitalization, treatment costs and times of hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) and self-awareness and treatment attitude questionnaire score (ITAQ) were used to evaluate the efficacy. Results The number of hospitalization days, treatment costs and hospitalization times in the experimental group were all less than those in the control group after intervention, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in positive symptoms, negative symptoms, general symptoms and total PANSS scores of the two groups after intervention (P>0.05).After intervention, the score of auditory hallucinations in experimental group was lower than that in control group, and the score of ITAQ scale was higher than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups after intervention (P>0.05).Conclusion Although rehabilitation nursing has no obvious improvement on the symptoms of schizophrenic patients with auditory hallucination, but it can significantly improve the insight of patients, significantly shorten the hospitalization days, treatment expenses and hospitalization times, which has good economic benefits and is worthy of further promotion.
