Abstract:Objective To analyze the feasibility of transvaginal delivery of scar uterine repregnancy. Methods A total of 92 pregnant women with scarred uterus who were admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected for study, and they were divided into two groups according to the way of maternal delivery. A total of 46 women in the control group were delivered by cesarean section, and 46 women in the observation group for vaginal delivery. The maternal delivery status, newborn status, labor time, complications and other indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The postpartum hemorrhage and hospitalization expenses of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups of newborns in Apgar score, newborn weight, and labor (P>0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The pregnant women with scarred uterus can choose vaginal delivery during delivery, and vaginal delivery can reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage, reduce the occurrence of complications, effectively shorten the recovery time, and has high application value.
