Abstract:Objective To explore the influencing factors of premature cerebral infarction. Methods The clinical data of 106 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in Yangjiang People′s Hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were analyzed retrospectively, they were divided into premature cerebral infarction group (n=49) and non premature cerebral infarction group (n=57) according to the age of onset. The clinical data and familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) and blood lipid indexes of the two groups were compared, and multivariate logistic regression analysis was used for premature cerebral infarction. Results The prevalence of FH in premature cerebral infarction group was higher than that in non premature cerebral infarction group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that history of stroke (OR=1.92,95%CI:1.84-3.29),history of hypertension (OR=1.38,95%CI:1.84-1.69),triglyceride (TG) (OR=1.83,95%CI:1.36-4.89),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) (OR=1.79,95%CI:1.34-4.39) and FH (OR=1.98,95%CI:1.70-3.61) are the independent risk factors of premature cerebral infarction. Conclusion FH and blood lipid indexes are independent risk factors of premature cerebral infarction.Clinically,we can prevent premature cerebral infarction by diagnosing FH and controlling blood lipid level.
