Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the medication regimen of Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets and Loratadine Tablets combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Nasal Spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children, and to provide reference for pediatricians to choose reasonable treatment plan. Methods A total of 84 children with allergic rhinitis treated in the Rehabilitation Hospital of Guangzhou Social Welfare Hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into the observation group (42 cases)and the control group (42 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with Loratadine Tablets combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Nasal Spray, and the observation group was treated with Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets,Loratadine Tablets combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Nasal Spray. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results There was no significant difference in the scores of nasal itching, sneezing, runny nose and nasal congestion between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).The scores of nasal itching, sneezing, runny nose and nasal congestion in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of the nasal itching, sneezing, runny nose and nasal congestion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 76.19% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets and Loratadine Tablets combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Nasal Spray is better than that of Loratadine Tablets combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Nasal Spray. The combination of the three drugs achieve remarkable clinical efficacy, and good safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
