Abstract:Objective To investigate the application of plasma needle electrode in the treatment of lateral wall tumors of bladder. Methods A total of 52 patients with lateral bladder wall tumor adimitted to Yulin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2015 to October 2020 were selected retrospectively as research objects.According to different surgical methods, they were divided into control group (conventional tumor resection) and observation group(precise plasma needle electrode resection),with 26 cases in each group. The perioperative indicators, therapeutic effect and incidence of perioperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, bladder flushing time, catheter indwelling time, hematuria time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the amount of blood loss in the operation was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of bladder perforation, tumor recurrence and obturator nerve injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of plasma needle electrodes for precise removal of bladder wall tumors has the characteristics of less operation time, significant therapeutic effect, and low incidence of adverse reactions. It is worthy of popularization and application.
