替罗非班联合丁苯酞治疗进展性脑卒中的效果及安全性

摘要目的探讨替罗非班联合丁苯酞治疗进展性脑卒中（PIS）的效果及安全性。方法选取2018年1月～2019年5月沈阳市第五人民医院收治的81 例PIS 患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组（40 例）和治疗组（41 例）。对照组患者给予丁苯酞治疗，治疗组患者采用替罗非班联合丁苯酞治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的美国国立卫生院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分、日常生活能力评定量表（Barthel）评分、治疗总有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组患者治疗后的NIHSS 评分低于对照组，Barthel 评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组患者的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论应用替罗非班联合丁苯酞治疗PIS 的效果明确，安全性高，具有潜在的临床应用价值。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect and safety of Tirofiban combined with Butylphthalide in the treatment of progressive ischemic stroke (PIS). Methods From January 2018 to May 2019, a total of 81 patients with PIS admitted to the Fifth People′s Hospital of Shenyang City were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (40 cases) and treatment group (41 cases) according to the random number table method. Patients in the control group were treated with Butylphthalide, while patients in the treatment group were treated with Tirofiban combined with Butylphthalide. The National Institutes of Health Stroke scale (NIHSS) score, daily life ability rating scale (Barthel)score before and after treatment, total therapeutic efficiency and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The NIHSS scores of the treatment group after treatment was lower than that in the control group, the BI score was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion The application of Tirofiban combined with Butylphthalide in the treatment of PIS has clear effect, high safety, and potential clinical application value.
