同伴支持康复干预对精神分裂症患者生活自理能力和社会功能的影响

摘要目的探讨同伴支持康复干预对精神分裂症患者生活自理能力和社会功能的影响。方法选取2018年3月～2019年10月我院收治的82 例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为干预组和对照组，每组各41 例。对照组中，Ⅰ型25 例，Ⅱ型16 例。干预组中，Ⅰ型26 例，Ⅱ型15 例。对照组患者给予精神科常规抗精神病药物治疗、支持性心理治疗和一般健康教育，干预组患者在对照组的基础上实施同伴支持康复干预。比较两组患者干预前后的生活自理能力和社会功能变化情况。结果干预前，两组Ⅰ、Ⅱ型患者的日常生活能力量表（ADL）评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后，两组Ⅰ、Ⅱ型患者的ADL 评分均低于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预后，干预组Ⅰ、Ⅱ型患者的ADL 评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。干预前，两组Ⅰ、Ⅱ型患者的个人和社会功能量表（PSP）评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后，两组Ⅰ、Ⅱ型患者的PSP 评分均高于干预前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；干预后，干预组Ⅰ、Ⅱ型患者的PSP 评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论同伴支持康复干预可有效提升精神分裂症患者生活自理能力，优化其社会功能，效果较为明显，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of peer support rehabilitation intervention on the ability of life self-care and social function of schizophrenics. Methods A total of 82 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the intervention group (41 cases)and the control group (41 cases) according to random number table method. In the control group, there was 25 cases in type Ⅰ, 16 cases in type Ⅱ. In the intervention group, there was 26 cases in type Ⅰ, 15 cases in type Ⅱ. Patients in the control group received routine antipsychotic drugs, supportive psychotherapy and general health education. Patients in the intervention group received peer support rehabilitation intervention on the basis of thecontrol group. The changes of life self-care ability and social function were compared. Results There were no statistically significant differences in activity of daily life scale (ADL) scores of type Ⅰand Ⅱpatients between the two groups before intervention (P＞0.05).The ADL scores of type Ⅰand Ⅱpatients of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The ADL scores of type Ⅰand Ⅱpatients of intervention group after intervention were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05). There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in personal and social performance scale (PSP) scores of type Ⅰand Ⅱpatients before intervention (P＞0.05). The scores of PSP of type Ⅰand Ⅱpatients in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The PSP scores of type Ⅰand Ⅱpatients of the intervention group after intervention were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Peer support rehabilitation intervention can effectively improve the ability of life self-care of patients with schizophrenia, optimize their social functions and has a good effect. It is worthy of clinical application.
