养正合剂在辅助晚期非小细胞肺癌相关性厌食患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨养正合剂在辅助晚期非小细胞肺癌相关性厌食患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年8月至2020年8月在黑龙江省佳木斯市肿瘤医院肿瘤五科进行放疗的40 例非小细胞肺癌肺患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组，每组20 例。对照组患者给予口服醋酸甲地孕酮片进行治疗，治疗组患者在对照组基础上给予口服养正合剂进行治疗。治疗3 周后，对比两组患者厌食症状的治疗效果、卡氏功能状态评分（KPS）、食欲改善情况及不良反应发生率。结果治疗组治疗后的食欲改善总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组治疗后的食欲改善率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组治疗后的KPS 评分总改善率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，治疗组患者不良反应总发生率（35%）低于对照组（70%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论养正合剂能够有效缓解非小细胞晚期肺癌患者放疗引发的相关性厌食症状，提升患者的生存质量，且药物临床疗效及安全性较好，值得临床参考和应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of Yangzheng Mixture in assisting patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer-related anorexia. Methods From August 2019 to August 2020, 40 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who underwent radiotherapy at the Fifth Department of Oncology, Jiamusi Cancer Hospital, Heilongjiang Province were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 20 cases in both groups. Patients in the control group were given oral Megestrol Acetate Tablets for treatment, and patients in the treatment group were given Yangzheng Mixture on the basis of the control group. After 3 weeks of treatment, the treatment effects of anorexia symptoms, the Karnofsky functional status score(KPS), the improvement of appetite and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of appetite improvement in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P＜0.05); after treatment, the appetite improvement rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P＜0.05); after treatment, the total improvement rate of KPS score in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P＜0.05); after treatment, the total adverse reaction rate of patients in the treatment group (35%) was lower than that of the control group (70%), with statistical significance (P＜0.05). Conclusion Yangzheng Mixture can effectively alleviate the related anorexia symptoms caused by radiotherapy in patients with non-small cell advanced lung cancer, improve the patient′s quality of life, and the drug has good clinical efficacy and safety, which is worthy of clinical reference and application.
