Abstract: Objective To investigate the application of thoracoscopic pulmonary rehabilitation in perioperative period of lung cancer. Methods A total of 100 lung cancer patients who were selected from February 2020 to February 2021 in Department of Thoracic Surgery, the First People′s Hospital of Jiujiang City were retrospectively selected as the subjects. According to the perioperative treatment methods, 100 patients were divided into control group and observation group. The surgeries were performed by doctors in the same treatment group. Both groups received routine perioperative treatment of thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery, and the observation group received perioperative pulmonary rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group. The incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications (including pulmonary infection and empyema), postoperative hospital stay, forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1), maximum ventilation (MVV) and 6 min walking test (6MWT) were measured and recorded between the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications in the observation group was 12.00% (6/50), lower than 64.00% (27/50) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The FEV1, MVV and 6MWT of the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, the FEV1, MVV and 6MWT of the observation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of thoracoscopy in lung cancer perioperative period is good.
