Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of shumin expert imported medical repair dressing in patients with facial recurrent dermatitis.Methods A total of 92 patients with recurrent facial dermatitis admitted to Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Dermatology from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Medloratadine Tablets and Vitamin E Cream made by the hospital.The treatment group oral Medloratadine Tablets,with shumin expert imported medical repair dressing.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical effect,main skin lesion symptom scores,skin biological indexes (cuticle moisture content,transdermal water loss[TEWL],oil content,erythema volume),serum immunoglobulin E (IgE) and peripheral blood eosinophils (EOS) were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of burning,itching,tension and erythema in treatment group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,the amount of TEWL and erythema in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the content of oil and corneum water were higher than that in the control group,and the EOS and IgE in peripheral blood were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Shumin expert imported medical repair dressing can improve the skin barrier function,safe and effective,worthy of promotion.
