中西医结合护理在脑卒中并发肺部感染患者中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨中西医结合护理在脑卒中并发肺部感染患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年8月至2021年1月的北京市门头沟区中医医院的76 例脑卒中合并肺部感染的患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各38 例。观察组采用中西医结合护理，对照组采用常规护理，比较两组的生活质量评分、巴氏指数及预后情况。结果护理前两组的生活质量评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理后两组的生活质量评分高于本组护理前，且护理后观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理前两组的巴氏指数比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理后两组的巴氏指数高于本组护理前，且护理后观察组的巴氏指数高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用中西医结合护理干预脑卒中合并肺部感染患者的总有效率更高，可显著改善脑卒中并发肺部感染患者的预后，提高患者生活质量，值得临床推广使用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in patients with cerebral stroke complicated with pulmonary infection. Methods A total of 76 patients with cerebral stroke complicated with pulmonary infection in the Mentougou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing from August 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group received integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing, while patients in the control group received conventional nursing. Life quality scores, modified Barthel index and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in quality of life score between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). The quality of life scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and the quality of life score of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the Barthel index between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05).After nursing, the Barthel indexes of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and the Barthel index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The total effectiveness rate of integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention in patients with cerebral stroke complicated with pulmonary infection is higher, which can significantly improve the prognosis of patients with cerebral stroke complicated with pulmonary infection and improve the life quality of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
