Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of predictive care in the safe transportation of ICU patients in the hospital. Methods A total of 86 patients in the ICU of First People′s Hospital of Zhaoqing from January to June 2021 were selected as the study group, and 80 patients in the ICU of First People′s Hospital of Zhaoqing from July to December 2020 were selected as the control group. Routine nursing was used in the control group and predictive nursing was used in the study group. The total incidence of adverse events, average hospital transit time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The average transit time in the study group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of predictive nursing during the in-hospital transfer of ICU patients can further reduce the incidence of adverse events, shorten the average in-hospital transfer time, and provide safety guarantees for patients while improving the transfer efficiency.
