Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of optimized anesthesia care on anesthesia quality of cardiac surgery patients. Methods A total of 506 cardiac surgery patients who were admitted to Shenzhen People′s Hospital, the Second Clinical Medical College of Ji′nan University from February 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and they were divided into the reference group (n=253) and the optimization group (n=253) by the random number table method. Intubation and venous recombination were performed in both groups after general anesthesia. Patients in the reference group were given conventional anesthesia care, and patients in the optimization group were given optimized anesthesia care. The excellent and good rate of clinical anesthesia effect, time required for tracheal intubation, anesthesia quality score, incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction rate of anesthesia care were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of clinical anesthesia effect in the optimization group (98.92%) was higher than that in the reference group (96.05%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The anesthesia quality score in the optimization group ([95.15±3.04] points) was higher than that in the reference group ([95.15±3.04] points),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of anesthesia nursing in the optimization group (98.81%) was higher than that in the reference group (95.26%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The time required for tracheal intubation in the optimization group ([14.58±2.32] min) was shorter than that in the reference group ([21.62±4.35] min), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The overall incidence of adr in the optimization group (0.78%) was lower than that in the reference group (4.75%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion After receiving the optimized anesthesia care, cardiac surgery patients can get better anesthesia effect, improve the quality of anesthesia, and reduce the rate of adverse reactions to anesthesia, and the satisfaction rate of anesthesia care is higher.
