Abstract:Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of migration stress in family members of patients with cerebral hemorrhage transferred from neurosurgical intensive care unit(NSICU). Methods A total of 97 family members of NSICU patients with intracerebral hemorrhage who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University from December 2020 to June 2021 were selected as research subjects. The status and influencing factors of migration stress in family members of NSICU patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were analyzed by general data questionnaire and migration stress scale of family members of patients transferred from intensive care unit (ICU). Results The total migration stress score of NSICU transferred cerebral hemorrhage patients′ families was (46.10±4.50) points. The average score of the three dimensions from high to low was the recognition of treatment conditions and environmental changes ([2.80±0.29] points), anxiety of ICU transfer ([2.73±0.44] points), and knowledge of patients′ condition([2.64±0.39] points). Univariate analysis results showed that there was statistically significant difference in the migration stress scores of family members of patients with different gender, patient consciousness and total ICU treatment duration (P<0.05). Multiple liner regression analysis showed that gender of family members (X1), patient consciousness (X2)and ICU treatment duration (X3) were independent risk factors for migration stress of family members (P<0.05).Equation was Y=37.797+2.294 (X1)+0.676 (X2)+1.449(X3). Conclusion There is a moderate level of migration stress in the family members of patients with cerebral hemorrhage transferred from the neurosurgical care unit, which is related to the gender of the family members, the consciousness state of the patients and the total treatment time in ICU.
