独活寄生汤对膝骨关节炎患者的疗效、炎症水平及中医证候积分的影响

摘要目的分析独活寄生汤对膝骨关节炎患者的疗效、炎症水平及中医证候积分的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2020年5月漳州正兴医院收治的120 例膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与试验组，每组各60 例。对照组患者采用塞来昔布胶囊治疗，试验组患者采用独活寄生汤治疗。比较两组患者的疗效、白细胞介素-1α（IL-1α）、白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）水平、中医证候积分及膝关节功能评分。结果试验组患者的临床总有效率为93.33%，高于对照组的80.0%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗后的IL-1α、IL-6、TNF-α 水平均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组患者治疗后的IL-1α、IL-6、TNF-α 均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗后的中医证候积分、膝关节功能评分均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组患者治疗后的中医证候积分、膝关节功能评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用独活寄生汤治疗膝骨关节炎患者能取得显著的临床疗效，能明显减轻患者的炎症水平，改善患者临床症状及膝关节功能，值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on the curative effect,inflammatory level and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 120 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Zhangzhou Zhengxing Hospital from January 2016 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with Celecoxib Capsules, and patients in experimental group were treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction. The efficacy, interleukin-1 α (IL-1α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor -α (TNF-α), traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and knee function score were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate of experimental group was 93.33%, which was higher than that of control group (80.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of IL-1α, IL-6 and TNF-α in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and knee function score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and knee function score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group after treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng Decoction can achieve significant clinical effect in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis, significantly reduce the level of inflammation, improve the clinical symptoms and knee function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
