Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect and security of retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst puncture combined and sclerotherapy with unroofing in patients with simple renal cyst. Methods A total of 60 patients with simple renal cyst treated in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University (Zhuhai) from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group (n=30) and the observation group (n=30) according to random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst unroofing, the patients in the observation group received retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst puncture and sclerotherapy combined with unroofing. The two groups were observed for 6 months. The total effective rate, bleeding volume during operation, drainage volume, hospital stay and cost of the two groups were compared, and the total incidence of complications and the recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group, and the amount of bleeding during operation, drainage volume and cost of the observation group were less than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total incidence of complications and the recurrence rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst puncture and sclerotherapy combined with unroofing is effective in the treatment of simple renal cyst, which can reduce the size of the cyst, accelerate the postoperative recovery, reduce the recurrence rate, has high safety and low medical cost, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
