盐酸川芎嗪注射液联合尤瑞克林对急性脑梗死患者血液流变学及血栓弹力图的影响

摘要目的探讨盐酸川芎嗪注射液联合尤瑞克林对急性脑梗死患者血液流变学及血栓弹力图的影响。方法选取2020年1月至12月漳州市第三医院收治的96 例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（48 例）与观察组（48 例）。对照组采用尤瑞克林单药物疗法，观察组采用盐酸川芎嗪注射液联合尤瑞克林疗法。比较两组的治疗总有效率、血液流变学指标、血栓弹力图指标。结果观察组治疗后的治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后的高切全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原以及低切全血黏度四项指标均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后的凝血反应时间短于对照组，血细胞凝集块形成时间长于对照组，血细胞凝集块形成速率低于对照组，最大血块强度短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在急性脑梗死患者的临床治疗中，施行盐酸川芎嗪注射液联合尤瑞克林治疗具有较好的效果，其实施后的总有效率较高，且能够更加有效地改善患者的血液流变学情况及血栓弹力图指标，更具有优越性，值得在临床应用中被推广。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the influence of Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with Urecolin on hemorheology and thromboelastogram in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 96 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in Zhangzhou Third Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group (48 cases) and the observation group (48 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was treated with Urecolin single drug therapy, and the observation group was treated with Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with Urecolin therapy. The total effective rate,hemorheological indexes and thromboelastogram indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The four indexes of high shear whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen and low shear whole blood viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05). The coagulation reaction time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the formation time of blood cell agglutination block of the observation group was longer than that of the control group, the formation rate of blood cell agglutination block of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the maximum blood clot intensity of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction, Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with Ureklin has a good effect. After its implementation, the total effective rate is higher, and it can more effectively improve the hemorheology and thromboelastogram indexes of patients. It has more advantages and is worthy to be popularized in clinical application.
