Abstract:Because of the factors such as smoking,air pollution and heredity,the incidence rate and mortality rate of lung cancer increased gradually every year. With the widespread application of low dose spiral CT screening, more early lung cancer patients have been found, and surgical resection was considered to be the effective means for the treatment of lung cancer. As one of the evaluation criteria of treatment effect, postoperative quality recovery of life has been paid more and more attention. Therefore, for postoperative patients with lung cancer, it is an important problem for clinicians to pay attention to of postoperative patients, improve the quality of life of postoperative patients, and eliminate the adverse factors affecting the quality of life of postoperative patients as soon as possible through intervention. As a clinician, by improving personal humanistic cultivation and professional quality, further improve the postoperative management and education system of lung cancer patients, and use the correct philosophical concept and logical way to deal with the clinical problems related to the postoperative quality of life of lung cancer patients. The adverse emotion, physiological function,psychological and social or economic burden of the postoperative lung cancerpatients can be eased.
