非手术治疗直肠癌术后吻合口B、C级漏患者的临床效果

摘要目的探讨非手术治疗直肠癌术后吻合口B、C级漏患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月～2019年8月江西省上饶市人民医院收治的20例直肠癌术后吻合口B、C级漏患者，均实施非手术治疗，将之作为观察组，随机选取2017年3月～2018年8月20例直肠癌术后发生吻合口B、C级漏手术治疗患者为对照组，比较两组的住院时间、住院费用及生活质量评分。结果观察组的住院时间短于对照组，住院费用少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论直肠癌术后吻合口B、C级漏实施非手术治疗，患者恢复快，经济压力小，且患者生活质量改善明显，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of non-surgical treatment for patients with anastomotic fistula B and C after rectal cancer surgery.Methods A total of 20 patients with anastomotic fistula B and C after rectal cancer surgery in Shangrao People′s Hospital from March 2018 to August 2019，all received non-surgical treatment，and treated them as the observation group.A total of 20 cases of rectal cancer were randomly selected，the patients who had anastomotic fistula B and C after surgery were treated as the control group from March 2017 to August 2018.The length of hospitalization，hospitalization expenses and quality of life scores were compared between two groups.Results The length of hospitalization of the observation group was shorter than that in the control group，hospitalization expense of the observation group was less than that of the control group，the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment，the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion When non-surgical treatment is performed for anastomotic grade B and C fistulas after rectal cancer，the patient recovers quickly，the economic pressure is small，and the patient′s quality of life improves significantly，which is worthy of promotion.
