日间手术模式对成人疝手术患者术后不适感及胃肠功能的影响

摘要目的研究日间手术模式对成人疝手术患者术后不适感及胃肠功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月～2019年3月于南昌市第一医院行成人疝手术的60例患者作为研究对象，根据奇偶数分组法将其分为对照组（行住院手术治疗）和观察组（行日间手术治疗），每组各30例。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、并发症总发生率、术后不适感程度及手术前后不同时间的胃肠激素水平。结果两组患者的手术时间及术中出血量比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。观察组患者的的住院时间短于对照组，并发症总发生率低于对照组，术后不适感程度低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。术前两组患者的胃肠激素水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；术后观察组的胃肠激素水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论日间手术模式对成人疝手术患者术后不适感的控制较好，且对胃肠功能的不良影响较小，在此类患者中的应用价值相对较高。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the influence of day case surgery mode on postoperative discomfort and gastrointestinal function of adult patients with hernia operation.Methods A total of 60 adult patients with hernia operation in the First Hospital of Nanchang City of Jiangxi Province from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group(underwent inpatients surgical treatment)and the observation group(underwent day case surgical treatment) according to the odd-even method，with 30 cases in each group.The operation time，intraoperative blood loss，hospitalization time，total incidence of complications，postoperative discomfort degree and gastrointestinal hormone levels at different time before and after the operation of two groups were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in the operation time and intraoperative blood loss of two groups (P＞0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group，the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group，the postoperative discomfort degree was lower than that of the control group，and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the gastrointestinal hormone levels before operation of two groups(P＞0.05).The gastrointestinal hormone levels of the observation group after operation were higher than those of the control group，and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of day case surgery mode for postoperative discomfort of adult patients with hernia operation is better，and its bad influence on gastrointestinal function is smaller，so its application value in these patients is relatively higher.
