Abstract：Objective To study the clinical effect of Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction in Iron and Coal General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected，and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method，50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Aspirin，the observation group was treated with Aspirin and Clopidogrel.The neurological deficit score，daily living ability，cognitive ability，and the total treatment effectiveness were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment efficiency of the observation group was 92%，which was higher than 72% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The neurological deficit score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The cognitive function score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The score of daily life ability in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Aspirin combined with Clopidogrel in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve the total effective rate，improve the cognitive ability，neurological function and daily living ability of patients，which has important clinical research value.
