摘要目的 探讨玉泉丸对气阴两虚型精神分裂症伴代谢综合征患者血糖、血脂及血压水平的影响。方法 选取2019年6～12月就诊于南昌三三四医院的80例气阴两虚型精神分裂症伴代谢综合征患者，按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，各40例。两组均维持原有抗精神病治疗，观察组给予玉泉丸治疗，对照组予以等剂量安慰剂。比较两组的血糖水平、血脂水平、体重指数（BMI）及血压水平。结果 两组治疗前的空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2 h 血糖（2 h PG）、三酰甘油（TG）、高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、BMI 及舒张压、收缩压水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组治疗后的FBG[（5.04±0.89）mmol/L]、2 h PG[（6.63±1.05）mmol/L]水平低于对照组[（7.23±1.05）mmol/L、（9.48±1.63）mmol/L]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后的TG[（1.24±0.21）mmol/L]、BMI[（23.55±2.86）kg/m2]水平低于对照组[（1.93±0.34）mmol/L、（26.74±3.12）kg/m2]，HDL[（1.34±0.23）mmol/L]水平高于对照组[（0.96±0.15）mmol/L]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后的舒张压[（80.14±4.29）mmHg]、收缩压[（121.45±7.05）mmHg]水平低于对照组[（86.74±5.12）mmHg、（128.45±7.53）mmHg]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 玉泉丸可降低气阴两虚型精神分裂症伴代谢综合征患者的血压水平，改善机体糖脂代谢，减轻体质量，促进疾病好转。
Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of Yuquan Pills on blood glucose，blood lipid and blood pressure in schizophrenic patients with metabolic syndrome.Methods A total of 80 schizophrenic patients with metabolic syndrome from June to December 2019 in Nanchang 334th Hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method，40 cases in each group.Both groups maintained the original antipsychotic treatment，the observation group was given Yuquan Pills treatment，the control group was given equal dose placebo.The levels of blood glucose，blood lipid，body mass index (BMI) and blood pressure were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the levels of fasting blood glucose (FBG)，2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2 h PG)，triglyceride (TG)，high-density lipoprotein (HDL)，BMI，diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05).After treatment，the levels of FPG([5.04±0.89]mmol/L)，2 h PG ([6.63±1.05]mmol/L) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group([7.23±1.05]mmol/L，[9.48±1.63]mmol/L)，and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The levels of TG([1.24±0.21]mmol/L) and BMI ([23.55±2.86]kg/m2) in the observation group after treatmrnt were lower than those in the control group ([1.93±0.34]mmol/L，[26.74±3.12]kg/m2)，and the level of HDL ([1.34±0.23]mmol/L) in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group ([0.96±0.15]mmol/L)，and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The levels of diastolic blood pressure ([80.14±4.29]mmHg) and systolic blood pressure([121.45±7.05]mmHg) in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group ([86.74±5.12]mmHg，[128.45±7.53]mmHg)，the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Yuquan Pills can reduce the blood pressure level of schizophrenia patients with metabolic syndrome，improve the metabolism of glucose and lipid，reduce the body weight and promote the improvement of the disease.
