Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care in the perioperative period of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with breast cancer who underwent surgical treatments in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number method,50 cases in each group.In the control group,conventional nursing was used,while in the experimental group,humanistic care was adopted.The self-care ability,quality of life,nursing satisfaction and occurrence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in self-care ability between the two groups before nursing (P＞0.05).The self-care ability of the two groups after nursing was higher than that of before nursing,the self-care ability of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).The difference in the quality score of life of the two groups before nursing was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).The quality scores of life of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing,the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the experimental group was 90.00%,higher than that of the control group accounting for 70.00%,with statistical difference (P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was 6.00%,lower than that in the control group accounting for 20.00%,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Carrying out humanistic care for breast cancer patients during perioperative period can effectively improve self-care ability,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications,so it is worth applying and promoting.
