Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of seamless management on nursing premature infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia. Methods A total of 110 premature infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to March 2019 were selected as research subjects.According to the random number table, they were divided into control group (n=55) and observation group (n=55).The control group received routine nursing model, and the observation group received seamless management based on the control group. After nursing, the effects of the two groups were evaluated. The lung function and nursing quality score at discharge and 6 months after discharge in the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of indicators at discharge (P>0.05).6 months after discharge, the vital capacity, expiratory flow rate, and expiratory volume of the two groups were higher than those at discharge, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05),and the vital capacity, expiratory flow rate, and expiratory volume of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of satisfaction, basic nursing, health promotion, and ward management in the nursing quality of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The seamless management for premature infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia has a remarkable clinical effect, and can effectively increase the quality of clinical nursing scores and exert a positive effect on premature infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia, which is worthy of promotion and application.
