Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing on negative emotion and sleep quality in patients with early threatened abortion.Methods A total of 92 patients with early threatened abortion received from Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to November 2018 were divided into observation group and control group according to the cointoss method,46 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group performed targeted nursing.The two groups of patients were compared with the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),the self-rating depression scale (SDS),the Pittsburgh sleep index scale (PSQI),and the quality of life rating scale (SF-36)score.Results The SAS score,SDS score,and PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group on the 7th day of admission,at discharge and 1 month after discharge,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); The scores of SF-36 on the 7th day of admission,atdischarge and 1 month after discharge in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing in patients with early threatened abortion can effectively reduce negative emotions,improve sleep quality and improve quality of life.
