Abstract:With the increasing incidence of embryo abortion, how to predict and intervene in advance to reduce the incidence has become one of the urgent problems in obstetrics and gynecology. At present, it is found that the factors of embryo abortion are complex and various, among which the correlation with endocrinology is still a research hotspot.Clinical early pregnancy outcome prediction of the common indicators include serum human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG), estradiol (E2), progesterone (P) and other hormones, for pregnant women with a history of embryo failure, whose levels are often different from those of normal pregnant women. The author has read a great deal of literature and found that pregnant women have some patterns in different gestational weeks: At the fourth week of pregnancy, the levels of P and E2 have an optimal threshold value; HCG increases most rapidly before the sixth week of pregnancy. At the seventh week of pregnancy, both P and E2 belong to the luteal-placental transition period, which is the transition period to the peak period. The peak reaches 8-10 weeks of pregnancy, the P20 value at the seventh week of gestation is the lower limit of the reference value, which is the key to the success of pregnancy. The pregnant women with a history of abortive embryos should strengthen the P monitoring and early intervention in the follicular and luteal stages before pregnancy, which is conductive to the development of the embryo outcomes. Therefore, monitoring the level of serum P,E2 and HCG in different gestational weeks to explore the correlation between the level and the outcome of pregnancy can reflect the development of embryos to a certain extent, and provide scientific theoretical basis for clinical early pregnancy intervention.
