三子养亲汤加减治疗痰湿蕴肺型咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床效果

摘要目的探讨三子养亲汤加减联合复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗痰湿蕴肺型咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法选取2019年3～6月我院收治的60例痰湿蕴肺型咳嗽变异型哮喘患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组与试验组，每组各30例。对照组患者采用复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗，试验组患者采用三子养亲汤加减联合复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗，疗程为4周。比较治疗前后两组患者的临床疗效、日间、夜间咳嗽评分及中医症状积分。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，试验组的日间、夜间咳嗽评分及中医症状积分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论三子养亲汤加减联合复方甲氧那明胶囊治疗痰湿蕴肺型变异性哮喘，具有改善患者临床症状的作用，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Sanzi Yangqin Decoction addition and subtraction combined with Compound Methoxyphenamine Hydrochloride Capsules in the treatment of accumulation of phlegm and dampness in lung type of cough variant asthma.Methods A total of 60 patients with accumulation of phlegm and dampness in lung type of cough variant asthma who admitted in our hospital from March to June 2019 were selected as research objects and divided into the control group and the experimental group randomly,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received Compound Methoxyphenamine Hydrochloride Capsules,while the patients in the experimental group received Sanzi Yangqin Decoction addition and subtraction combined with Compound Methoxyphenamine Hydrochloride Capsules.All patients were treated for 4 weeks.The therapeutic effects,daytime and night cough scores and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptom scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The daytime and night cough scores and TCM symptom scores of the experiment group after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Sanzi Yangqin Decoction addition and subtraction combined with Compound Methoxyphenamine Hydrochloride Capsules can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
