Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in monitoring the hemodynamics of patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst. Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,52 patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst in our hospital were selected as the study group, and 52 healthy women who had physical examinations in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group. All the patients in the study group were treated with ovarian endometrial cyst resection. All the subjects were examined by color Doppler ultrasound. The levels of progesterone, estradiol and uterine artery hemodynamics in the study group and the control group were compared, and the hemodynamic changes before and after operation in the study group were recorded. Results There was no significant difference in the uterine artery resistance index (RI) between the two groups (P>0.05).However,the uterine artery RI of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of progesterone and estradiol in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The systolic diastolic peak velocity ratio (S/D),uterine artery RI and pulsatile index (PI) of the patients in the study group were lower than those before operation, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can clearly show the uterine artery blood flow and estrogen levels such as progesterone and estradiol in patients with ovarian endometrios′s cyst, which can provide reliable basis for clinical treatment.
