Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of Dexmedetomidine combined with Nmefene Hydrochloride on laryngeal mask anesthesia in children. Methods A total of 70 children who underwent pediatric laryngeal mask anesthesia in Dongguan Taixin Hospital from April 2017 to June 2019 were selected, they were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method, each group had 35 cases.Children in both groups were treated with routine anesthetic drugs such as Propofol,Sufentanil and Sevoflurane, the control group used Dexmedetomidine, the study group used Dexmedetomidine combined with Namefen Hydrochloride. The breathing of the children after anesthesia, recovery and adverse reactions were observed. Results After anesthesia, the respiratory rate and heart rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05); the waking time, spontaneous breathing recovery time and laryngeal mask extraction time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05); the overall incidence of adverse reactions in the study group (2.86%) was lower than that in the control group (17.14%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine combined with Namefen Hydrochloride has a significant effect on laryngeal mask anesthesia in children, with low adverse reactions.
