Abstract:Objective To analyze the anesthetic effect of Dexmedetomidine pre-injection before patients received laryngeal microsurgery. Methods A total of 72 patients achieved laryngeal microsurgery admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as research objects and divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method, with 36 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional anesthesia, while patients in the study group received Dexmedetomidine pre-injection before surgery. The heart rate, mean arterial pressure and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group (5.6%)was lower than that of the control group (30.6%),and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine pre-injection before patients received laryngeal microsurgery has a better anesthetic effect, and this scheme can be promoted in such patients.
