Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Doxycycline combined with Jinfeng Pills in the treatment of chronic endometritis (CE) after hysteroscopy.Methods A total of 130 patients with pathological diagnosis after hysteroscopy who were treated in our hospital from March to December 2019 were diagnosed as CE and required in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) infertility patients who assisted in pregnancy.They were divided into control group (n=64) and observation group (n=66) according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Doxycycline,and the observation group was treated with Doxycycline and Jinfeng Pills.After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate,endometrial condition,and postoperative IVF-ET pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.91%,higher than that in the control group of 67.17%,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The endometrial remission rate and pregnancy rate after IVF-ET observation in the observation group were 87.88% and 59.09%,higher than those in the control group of 59.38% and 32.81%,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Doxycycline combined with Jinfeng Pills has good clinical effect on CE,and it can increase the pregnancy rate after embryo transfer,and it is economical and convenient.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
