摘要 目的 探讨Skinner程序教学干预对全子宫切除术后患者性生活质量及情绪状态的影响。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年3月于联勤保障部队第九〇〇医院莆田医疗区行子宫全切术的96 例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48)。住院治疗期间,对照组患者采用常规护理方式,观察组患者在对照组基础上进行Skinner程序教学干预。比较两组患者干预前后的性生活质量、疾病认知程度及抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果 干预后,观察组患者的性欲、性高潮、性满意度、性唤起、阴道湿润度评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对疾病相关知识的认知度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的SDS、SAS 评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Skinner程序教学干预可以显著提高全子宫切除术患者术后性生活质量和疾病相关知识的认知程度,明显改善患者抑郁焦虑的情绪。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Skinner program teaching intervention on the quality of sexual life and emotional state of patients after total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 96 patients who underwent total hysterectomy in Putian Medical District,the 900th Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force from January 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(n=48)and observation group(n=48)by random number table method.During hospitalization,patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the observation group received Skinner program teaching intervention on the basis of the intervention in the control group.The sexual life quality,disease cognition and self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores of the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the scores of sexual desire,orgasm,sexual satisfaction,sexual arousal,vaginal wetness and total score in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The awareness of disease-related knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).SDS and SAS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Skinner program teaching intervention can significantly improve the cognitive level of postoperative sexual life quality and disease-related knowledge of patients with total hysterectomy,and significantly improve the mood of depression and anxiety.
