Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of personalized care in the removal of complex impacted mandibular wisdom teeth with high-speed turbine combined with piezosurgery.Methods From January 2019 to June 2021,84 patients who underwent complex impacted mandibular tooth extraction at Dalian Stomatological Hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.Both received high-speed turbine combined with piezosurgery extraction treatment.On this basis,the control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given routine care and personalized care.The operation time and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The postoperative complication rate of the observation group was 2.38%,which was lower than the control group accounting for 14.29%,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score at 6 h after surgery and stitch removal in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with complex impacted mandibular wisdom teeth with high-speed turbine combined with piezosurgery extraction,the application of personalized care can shorten the operation time,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and alleviate the degree of pain in a remarkable effect.
