Abstract:Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of coronary artery disease(CHD)by electrocardiograph gating multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT).Methods A total of 116 patients with suspected CHD admitted to Xianning First People's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects. All patients underwent MSCT examination, and coronary angiography(CAG)was used as the gold standard to evaluate the coronary artery imaging of each segment, and the consistency between the diagnostic results of MSCT coronary angiography and coronary angiography was analyzed. Results A total of 1712 coronary segments with diameter ≥1.5 mm were detected by MSCT in 116 patients,of which 49 segments could not be evaluated, with an assessable rate of 97.14%.A total of 1608 segments were consistent with gold standard CAG.There was no significant difference between MSCT and CAG in the grading of coronary stenosis(P>0.05).The positive rates of MSCT and CAG were 26.22% and 24.71%,respectively,and there was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of MSCT in diagnosing coronary stenosis were 94.50%,95.52%,95.25%,88.22% and 97.99%,respectively.The diagnostic results of MSCT were highly consistent with gold standard CAG(Kappa>0.75).Conclusion Electrocardiograph gating dual-source CT coronary angiography has a high clinical diagnostic value in the evaluation of coronary artery disease stenosis, and the diagnostic results are in good agreement with the gold standard.
