Abstract:Objective To explore the nursing effect of descending step thinking combined with SBAR emergency and ward transfer mode on patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Dalian Third People′s Hospital from April 2016 to September 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different emergency schemes, they were divided into the control group (43 cases) and the study group (43 cases). The patients in the control group were given SBAR scheme, and the patients in the study group were given SBAR and descending step thinking. The success rate of emergency, hospitalization mortality, the recurrence rate, thrombolysis time, rescue time, hospitalization time and handover quality were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of emergency in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and hospitalization mortality and the recurrence rate in the study group were lower than those in the study group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The thrombolysis time, rescue time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the study group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The handover time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group, the incidence of handover problems in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The joint intervention of SBAR and descending step thinking in patients with acute myocardial infarction can shorten the hospitalization time, accelerate the recovery of the disease, improve the critical thinking ability of nurses, shorten the handover time, and improve the handover quality and critical thinking ability of nurses.
