Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of targeted psychological care for patients with CT enhancement on bad mood and extravasation of scanning contrast agent. Methods A total of 136 patients underwent CT enhanced examinations admitted to Xianning First People′s Hospital from May 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research subjects, they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 68 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were received conventional psychological intervention, and patients in the observation group were received targeted psychological nursing intervention. The bad mood and the incidence of extravasation of the scanning contrast agent were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and the self-rating depression scale (SDS) of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of scanning contrast agent extravasation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of targeted psychological care in CT enhanced patients can alleviate negative emotions and reduce the incidence of scanning contrast agent extravasation.
